Battlefield 1: They Shall Not Pass DLC New Maps and Game Modes!

Battlefield developers Dice and Publishers EA have teased a March Release for They Shall Not Pass DLC. Players with Premium will receive thee DLC early. Check out the Details below for the New Game Modes,Weapons and Tanks! Battlefield 1: They Shall Not Pass DLC New Maps and Game Modes!

New Maps

The new maps include Verdun Heights, where you’ll through what will surely be a graphically gorgeous forest fire, where you’ll want to get to the fortress of Verdun. EA says that the gameplay is a “constant grinding struggle where the artillery never stops”.

The next map, Fort de Vaux, will see you battling between the German and French soldiers with guns, grenades, flamethrowers, and more – all in dark galleries, and wet stone corridors as your maze.   Soissons, was the setting for one of the biggest tank assaults of WW1. Soissons will see you use tanks, planes and foot soldiers in the French countryside in the early hours of a very hot summer day. The thunderstorm, EA teases, is louder than the war itself

Rapture, the last new map will see you battle in Fontenoy, which TechSpot explains as “an area where poppies have grown over the rusty wreckage from previous tank battles. As the sun sets, the battle comes alive”.

New Game Modes, Tanks, and More

Frontlines is the new game mode, which is a blend of Conquest and Rush, where you’ll fight for chained control points in a tug-of-war frontline. Both teams will fight for a single flag at a time, and once the objective has been secured, everyone will need to move to the next point.   Once the enemy HQ has been captured, Frontlines shifts into a Rush-style section where telegraph posts need to be either attacked, or defended.

There’s also the new Char 2C tank, the St. Chamond tank, the Siege Howitzer stationary weapon and a new Elite Class – the Trench Raider – which was a brutal Raider Club, and features a grenade launcher.   EA has teased a March 2017 release, with Battlefield 1 Premium Pass members to receive early access to the expansion.
